Designing how 2,000+ sellers receive, prioritize, and act on what matters.
I build the systems, processes, and communications infrastructure that turn noise into signal for global sales teams. As an individual contributor, I’ve built governance frameworks that cut review cycles by over 70% — designing the intake, prioritization, and cascade architecture that decides what thousands of sellers see and act on.
Over the past decade I’ve built these systems from the ground up for GTM teams worldwide. Tableau is where it started — I stood up the sales communications function through hypergrowth and the $15.7B Salesforce acquisition. That experience carried into Okta, where I established the intake and segmentation systems behind enablement communications for 2,000+ sellers, including a newsletter cadence that reached ~80% open rates. Most recently at HubSpot, I supported CRO-level messaging to the sales organization and audited the communications ecosystem, proposing a phased governance redesign.
In 2025 I completed MIT’s Applied Agentic AI program, studying where AI helps, where humans lead, and how to design workflows that improve performance at scale. In practice, I use tools like GPTs and Claude to speed up drafting and production — while judgment, strategy, and final quality stay mine.
I’m currently prototyping an early concept for orchestrating strategy, audience, and timing with AI — if you’re building the team or systems behind seller communications, let’s connect.
Tasked by the Head of Commercial Sales to create a storytelling workshop for the global sales team.
As creator of Wired to Connect, I partnered with neuroscience expert Naisan Geula and learning specialist Natália Litoldo to design a program teaching sales leaders and their teams how brain science shapes relationships, story construction, and team dynamics.
Delivered as a high-demand series across six global markets: Seattle, Austin, Washington DC, Mexico City, London, and Singapore.
“Far and away the best training I have been on at Tableau… Immediately I had 3-4 opps that I can apply this to, to reposition and reset the narrative.”
“Jewels took an unpolished set of ideas, deftly managed the entire production to find just the right audience, venue, presenters, and promotion to turn the effort into a successful series that was highly in-demand.”
A two-part system for coordinating sales communications at scale — how I build the infrastructure (governance, tooling, workflows) and run the ongoing cadence (planning, delivery, iteration) so messages land instead of getting lost.
This isn’t just better communications — it’s a revenue protection system. When sellers have the right message, at the right time, from the right sender, they ramp faster, close more deals, and hit quota.
Builds the foundation before scale — assessing what’s broken, matching the right tech, setting governance, and mapping workflows, so nothing has to be rebuilt twice.
Runs the system in cycles — aligning to strategy, building and delivering content, then tracking and iterating so every message lands sharper than the last.
Prevents pilot fatigue. Prevents tool sprawl. Prevents vanity metrics.
A weekly enablement newsletter segmented by audience and format — global enablement, partner news, and leader coaching in one consistent editorial voice.
View Sample (PDF) →A monthly customer win feature structured around Problem, Approach, and Outcome — written so sellers can lift the framing directly into their own conversations.
View Sample (PDF) →A sales-facing services and support update translating new pricing, quoting, and booking changes into clear, actionable guidance for the field.
View Sample (PDF) →A one-pager built for two readers at once — the seller using it cold, the exec reading it. Structured around why change, why now, why us.
View Template (PDF) →A first-call framework on a proven strategic-narrative arc — naming the shift before the product, so sellers open a conversation, not a pitch.
View Template (PDF) →A structure that captures why a customer chose the platform — and, separately, why they chose the team delivering it.
View Template (PDF) →Jewels built a comprehensive global communication strategy from the ground up, aligning every message to our broader enablement vision and ensuring our field teams received the right information, at the right time, through the most effective channels. She developed processes and templates that streamlined how we share information, reducing review time by over 70%.
She helped develop a new strategy and cadence for executive communications, managed keynote storyboards and decks, and managed the collation of countless communications ranging in topics, depths, sensitivity, and more. Equally impressive to her skill as a communications manager is her ability to be a strong teammate and collaborator — to be effective in the world of communications it takes building and maintaining a strong network of subject matter experts, which Jewels did with ease, in fact, the best I have ever seen in the business.
Jewels was essential to the effective operation of the Tableau Sales organization. She was responsible for our overall field communication strategy, and personally designed and created high-quality content for all of our Sales Kickoff and All-Hands meetings, as well as communications from the Tableau Chief Revenue Officer. She is very capable of working directly with senior executives, and demonstrates poise and composure even under tight deadlines.
If you're designing the content and systems that turn communications into seller action, I'd love to connect.
